Each year we ask parents/carers to complete a Personal Information form about each pupil which ensures our records are up-to-date with emergency contact numbers, email addresses and medical information. This year, to make it easier for you, we are requesting that this is completed online from our school’s website: https://strandtown.preview1.net/data-form/
It is important that we have both a mobile number and email address for the key parent/carer. This information will also allow us to send you an app for our cashless system, making it easier to log in and book dinners / pay for items.
If you would prefer a hard-copy of the Data Form to be sent to you, please send your request to info@strandtown.belfast.ni.sch.uk
Data Forms should be completed and submitted as soon as possible and no later than 10 July.
