Thursday morning, 8:00am and another netball coaching session at Strandtown PS is underway in the assembly hall. What a way to start the school the day!
These sessions happen twice per week and are funded by Belfast City Council and NI Sports Council. Our girls certainly enjoy the coaching and it is great to see their skills progressing so well.
Thank you to Coach, Amy Stewart and her fellow coaches for their hard work and the effort that they put into our pupils. Thanks also to our parents for setting the alarm a little earlier than normal and getting the girls to school for 8 o’clock.
It’s now 8:45am and the girls are heading off to class fully alert and ready for a good day’s work.
