On Friday 6th December twelve boys were fortunate enough to travel to Campbell to play the first game of the year. The boys started very slowly and conceded 3 early tries which made life very difficult for us. However, the boys did very well to regroup at half time, fix a few problems and start taking the game to Campbell. The second half was a much improved performance and saw us score a few good tries of our own. The final score was 5-2 to Campbell but the boys learned a lot from the experience which will hopefully stand to them when we welcome Campbell up to Strandtown after Christmas when we will have 2 teams out! Well done to everyone who was involved!
